If a property owner desires a conditional use he must obtain a Conditional Use Permit. Conditional Use Permits may be transferred by the permitee to another person but not to another location. The proposed use, or project, must be consistent with the maps and policies of the County's General Plan.

All Conditional Use Permits applications must be complete and include a site plan of proposed use (if applicable), a completed application including property owner signature, proof of ownership, and non-refundable application fees.
