Click the Windows "Start" icon on the desktop and click "All Programs." Click "Accessories" and click "Sticky Notes" to launch the program.Click "Tools" at the top of the Sticky Notes window, and click "Options."Click "Always on Top" to keep the sticky notes on top of all other open windows.

The Sticky Notes app will synchronize your notes with your Microsoft account, so you can access them on the web, on your other Windows 10 PCs, and Android phones. Fire up your favorite browser, head on over to onenote.com/stickynotes, and sign in to your Microsoft account.

On Windows 10, click or tap the Start button, and type "Sticky Notes". Sticky Notes will open where you left them. In the list of notes, tap or double-click a note to open it. Or from the keyboard, press Ctrl+N to start a new note. To close a note, tap or double-click the close icon ( X ).

The user interface offered by the Sticky Notes is simple and easy to use. When you launch the app for the first time, you get a new note, in which you can start writing. If you want to create a new note, click or tap the New Note button from the top-left corner of a note, or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + N.

Sign in to Outlook.com or Outlook on the web with the same account you use for the Sticky Notes app on Windows 10, in any mobile version of OneNote, or in Microsoft Launcher. Go to the Notes folder to see your sticky notes.
