Your billing cycle starts the day you activate your first line of service or seven days after the device is shipped, whichever comes first. The billing cycle ends 30 days later and your monthly payment is charged 20 days after that.

Auto Pay is required for Spectrum Mobile service. All Spectrum Mobile payments will be charged automatically to your credit or debit card on file. We don't accept cash payments for Spectrum Mobile service.

If your bank account or debit/credit card statement includes unauthorized charges, duplicate charges, or incorrect amounts paid to Spectrum, contact your financial institution to dispute the charges. Your financial institution will handle the investigation.

To change or update your payment method: Sign in as the Primary or Admin user. From the Account Summary page, select the Billing tab. Choose Manage Auto Pay. Select Change Payment Method. Fill out the fields and then select Review and Complete.

Your bill will be paid automatically on or around the same date every month. You'll be able to see your Auto Pay payment date on Spectrum.net under Account Summary or Billing, starting with the next billing cycle after enrollment. You can also view the status of your payment in the Billing section of Spectrum.net.

When purchasing a new Spectrum Mobile device, you can enroll in the Spectrum Mobile Device Payment Plan and pay for the total cost of the device over 36 payments, which will be included on your bill each month. Once you've completed all the payments, the device is all yours.

To update your Auto Pay method online: Sign in to your account. Select the Billing tab. Select the Mobile sub-tab. Select Manage Auto Pay. Choose from your saved payment methods or select Add Payment Method. Check Use as Default Payment Method. Select Review Details and then Complete Change to confirm.

To set up Auto Pay on Spectrum.net From your Account Summary, select the Billing tab. Select Enroll in Auto Pay. Enter your payment method details. Follow the prompts to complete enrollment.

First introduced in 2008, the Prompt Payment Code is designed to encourage prompt payment between businesses, particularly from larger to smaller businesses. Almost 3,000 businesses have voluntarily signed the Code since then.

Open the My Spectrum app and select the Billing tab. Choose Manage Auto Pay. Choose Cancel Auto Pay. To change your payment method or card/account information, cancel Auto Pay enrollment and then re-enroll in Auto Pay using your desired method of payment.
