In Microsoft Word, you can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Enter to insert a page break. Tip. If your printer is starting a new page or printing blank pages where it shouldn't, page breaks may be in the document. To verify the document contains no hidden page breaks, enable formatting marks.
