Move a page break Click the worksheet that you want to modify. On the View tab, in the Workbook Views group, click Page Break Preview. on the status bar. To move a page break, drag the page break to a new location.

On the Home tab, in the Paragraph group, click Show/Hide to show all formatting marks including page breaks. Double-click the page break to select it, then press Delete.

Click in the section that now starts with a Next Page break that you want to change back to Continuous. From the OS X menu at the top of your screen, choose Format>Document. Select the Layout pane. Change the Section start: dropdown to Continuous, then OK out.

To insert a page break:Place the insertion point where you want to create the page break. In our example, we'll place it at the beginning of our headings.On the Insert tab, click the Page Break command.The page break will be inserted into the document, and the text will move to the next page.

Right-click your Heading 1 style and select Modify. Now click on Format then Paragraph. In the Paragraph box, select the line and page breaks tab. Check Page Break Before and click OK twice.

Section page breaks are hidden by default. If you want to delete a section break easily, turn on Show/Hide ¶. To delete a break: If necessary, click the Home tab and then click Show/Hide A¶ in the Paragraph group.

First, double-click the header area on any page in the section after the section break. On the Header & Footer Tools tab of the ribbon, click the Link to Previous button. You'll be prompted whether to "delete this header/footer and connect to the header/footer in the previous section". Click Yes.

Removing standard Section Break is fairly easy. You can simply remove the section breaks in Word 2013 by putting mouse cursor before Section Break and while holding left mouse button going to the end of the Section Break till it's selected.

Insert a Page Break in Excel To insert a horizontal page break, select the row below where you want the break. Then, go to the Page Layout tab and click the Breaks drop-down arrow. Choose Insert Page Break. Alternatively, you can right-click and pick Insert Page Break.
