Depending on the services and subscriptions you've used, you may not be able to remove ALL your payment methods. Google may require you to always have one on file either to bill an active subscription or to prove your address if you're using a geographically limited item (like books, movies, or music).

Simply click on the 'Remove' callout next to the payment method you want to delete, hit 'Yes' to confirm, and wave goodbye to that payment source as it'll be deleted from your account.
