Grievous is a Level 7 Mythic+ Affix in Shadowlands. The Grievous affix is particularly dangerous against monsters that deal consistant AoE damage. The main way that anyone can deal with it is by using Phial of Serenity from being Kyrian, This will reset your stacks, and with the use of the Kleia soulbind, you can use Ascendant Phial to also make yourself immune to future stacks for 8 seconds.
