Affixes boost your damage, speed, defense, and many other things. They are divided into three tiers. The three tiers are Regular, Legendary, and Unique. Among the three tiers, Unique Affixes are the best ones in Diablo 4.

One easy way to deal with it is to watch the quantity of each pull. The more mobs you have, the harder it becomes for them to die at the same time. Knowing when to stop using AoE-damage abilities and focus more on priority-damage instead will also make this affix easier to deal with.

Extending the Bursting stacks is what will get you killed when dealing with this affix so your general rule of thumb will be to kill as many mobs as possible in a 1-2 second period and then back off to prevent extending the high stacks.
