You can easily make changes to the name, email address or ownership of your Spectrum account by submitting a digital online form. Note: If you only need to correct the spelling of your account name, please contact us. We don't need a form for spelling changes.

To retrieve your Spectrum username or password: On the Spectrum.net Sign In page, select Forgot Username or Password? located under the Sign In button. Select an option and enter the respective info on the next screen.

After you've created a Spectrum.net username, you have the option to create a Spectrum email account using the same sign-in information. Note: A username can't be modified once it's been created, but you can retrieve username information or update the password and security questions for that username.
