Adjust Columns Invoice For Free

QuickBooks uses the first custom template you create as your default for invoices, sales receipts, and estimates. To change the default custom template: Go to Settings ? and then select Custom form styles. Find your template.

Add or hide columns in lists Go to the Home page and select the list you want to customize. Right-click anywhere on the list. Select Customize columns to see the list of columns you can show or hide.

In the Business menu, select Products and services. Click anywhere on the line of the item you want to edit. Click Edit item. Make changes or additions to any part of the item, then click Save.

To add custom fields to your quotes, kindly follow the below mentioned steps: Click on the Gear icon on the top right corner. Navigate to Preferences -> Quotes. Click on the Custom Fields tab and select + New Custom Field. Now enter the necessary details and click on Save.

To edit the column headings, simply type over the names of the column headings you want to change, such as Hours instead of Quantity, or Rate instead of Unit Price. Don't type over or remove headings that are field codes. For example, «InvoiceCurrency».
