Your high school transcript is a complete record of your academic achievements in high school. It starts with the first grading period of your first year of high school and is updated each term until you graduate.

Complete the Request for Ontario Student Transcript and Replacement Diploma form and submit to the last school attended. The form may be submitted as an online form, with certification of personal information provided.

For the 2022-2023 school year, diploma exams will only count towards 20% of students' final grades. The weighting of diploma exams will return to 30% effective September 1, 2023.

Most colleges allow you to order copies of transcripts online, by mail, or in person via the office of admissions or registrar's office. You'll complete a transcript request form, pay a small fee, and may have to provide proof of identification.

You may rewrite a diploma exam or ask to have it rescored if you believe that your diploma exam mark does not accurately reflect your level of achievement in a course. To request a rescore of a diploma exam, apply online using myPass. The deadline to request a rescore is provided on your Results Statement.

Students may earn a maximum of 30 credits in Work Experience, but only 15 credits may be used to meet the 100-credit requirement for the Alberta High School Diploma.
