Add Comment Voucher For Free

Upon completion of your FUNDED travel authorization/orders you must file a travel voucher/claim within 5 days of return. Click on Official Travel; Select 'Vouchers' you will see a hyperlink 'Create New Voucher from Authorization'. Select the appropriate trip to create the voucher against.

On the DTS Dashboard select Create Amendment under Options next to an authorization. 2. Enter comments about the amendment, then select Create Amendment and acknowledge all pop-ups. The Review Trip Authorization screen opens.

You cannot cancel a voucher. All options begin on the DTS Dashboard.

To edit a document you never signed (i.e., in a CREATED status), select Edit (Figure 1, Indicator 1) beside the document that you need to change. The document opens on the Review Trip <document type> screen (Figure 2). From here, you can navigate to any DTS screen and make all necessary changes.

Delete Expense to remove the expense from the local voucher. o Select Delete Expense. o The Delete Expense screen opens. o Select Delete. o The expense is no longer in the document. window opens (Figure 4-11).

For each entered expense, you can easily delete and duplicate expenses using options (3-dots icon). Upon trip completion, you simply update your projected to actual expenses incurred, import expenses from the Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC), and attach required receipts to the expense items in the voucher.

You can add documents to the Substantiating Documents area in two ways: Upload: Select the plus icon and follow the prompts. Drag and Drop: Drag the image directly onto the area.

Upload receipts in to Substantiating Records. Select the Browse button, locate/select the receipts saved to the computer, then choose the Upload button. The next page of the instructions will provide a visual of what this will look like when the document has uploaded. CES students will have $0 in their lodging costs.

On the DTS Dashboard, select Create New Document, then Voucher. 2. Select Create Voucher next to an authorization. DTS creates the voucher using the information in the authorization and opens it on the Review Trip Voucher screen.
