- Indicate whether the trustee is a bank, savings, loan, or other federally insured banking institution, and provide proof of a fidelity bond if applicable.
- For the certification of compliance agent, ensure that it is signed and dated in the presence of a notary public.
- Have the certified public accountant audit the trust account, sign, and date their certification, including their address and notary details.
- Finally, affirm the report’s accuracy for the corporation, sole proprietorship, or partnership, signing again in the presence of a notary public.
