Follow the steps to fill out the Ebirforms easily.

- Create a User Profile by entering your 9-digit Tax Identification Number (TIN) in the designated fields.
- Select the appropriate RDO Code from the dropdown list and click the selected code to include it in your information file.
- Enter the specific Line of Business based on your Certificate of Registration (BIR Form 2303).
- Type in your Registered Name as it appears on official documents.
- Fill in your Registered Address, including the Zip Code and Contact Number.
- Access the List of BIR Forms row to find the appropriate form to use.
- Click on the preferred form to open it.
- Once the chosen form appears, click the Fill-up button for a full-image display of the form.
- Proceed to Field No. 1 to click the appropriate year for your tax return.
- Go to Field No. 2 to fill out the specific Month and Year Ended.
- Check Field No. 3 to indicate if the form to file is an Amended Return.
- In Field No. 4, select whether the form to file is a Short Period Return.
- Proceed to Field No. 5 and determine the specific type of Alphanumeric Tax Code (ATC).
- In Field No. 14, enter the PSIC Code. Refer to your Certificate of Registration (BIR Form 2303) for this information.
- For Field No. 15, check the appropriate box for the Method of Deductions.
- If there is an Overpayment, go to Field No. 21 and check the appropriate box for action regarding the overpayment.
- Provide the necessary identity validation details in Field Nos. 22 to 25.
- Enter details of Payment in Field Nos. 26 to 29.
- Click the Next button to proceed to the adjoining page.
- In Field Nos. 47 to 49 of the Part IV Computation of Tax, enter applicable penalties if necessary.
- Complete Field Nos. 55 to 61 for Part V Tax Relief Availment if applicable.
- Click the Next button to navigate to the next page.
- Fill out details on Schedule 1 – Sales/Revenues/Receipts/Fees, if applicable.
- Complete details on Schedule 2 – Cost of Sales, if applicable.
- Proceed to the next page by clicking the Next button.
- Fill out details on Schedule 3 – Other Taxable Income not Subjected to Final Tax, if applicable.
- Complete Schedule 4 – Ordinary Allowable Itemized Deductions, if applicable.
- Click the Next button to continue.
- Enter details on Schedule 5 – Special Allowable Itemized Deductions, if applicable.
- Fill out Schedule 6 – Computation of Available Net Operating Loss Carry Over (NOLCO), if applicable.
- Click the Next button to move forward.
- Provide details on Schedule 7 – Tax Credits/Payments, if applicable.
- Complete Schedule 8 – Computation of Minimum Corporate Income Tax (MCIT), if applicable.
- Enter details on Schedule 9 – Reconciliation of Net Income per Books against Taxable Income.
- Click the Next button to go to the adjoining page.
- Fill out Schedule 10 – Balance Sheet.
- Provide details on Schedule 11 – Stockholders/Members Information.
- Click the Next button to continue.
- Complete Schedule 12 – Supplemental Information, if applicable.
- Fill out Schedule 13 – Gross Income/Receipts Exempt from Income Tax, if applicable.
- Once you have filled out the document, click the Validate button to check for any overlooked fields.
- After validation, you can edit any mistakes by clicking the Edit button.
- When satisfied with your input, save the form by clicking the Save button.
- The system will confirm that all information has been saved successfully with a message.
- Acknowledge the saved message by clicking the OK button.
- To submit the completed form online, click the Submit button. Note that this functionality may only be available in future versions.
- If you wish to have a copy of the filled form, use the Print button to print the document.
