17. In Box 19, provide the number of non-stakeholding workers in your company, distinguishing between full-time and part-time.
18. Decide which part of your business to register in Box 20 and indicate it by ticking the correct box.
19. If applicable, tick the box in Box 21 for a vending machine business. Otherwise, leave it blank.
20. Indicate in Box 22 if you are registering a business in the travel industry.
21. Choose from the options in Boxes 23-24 to describe your business's formation and tick the relevant box.
