Must be a South African citizen. Provide a full N3 certificate with Mathematics, Engineering Science and Business English OR have completed a National Senior Certificate with a 40% pass in the following subjects:

Register your profile on the Standard Bank Graduate site. Complete the online assessment and have at least 60% mark. After passing the online assessment, the applicants will be contacted to perform competency-based tests. The final step will require a face-to-face interview.

During the learnership, a monthly stipend is given. Funding for a learnership is around R45 500, and R2000 is given to learner as a stipend during the program. South Africas legislation sets a minimum level. Employers choose the final amount or maximum.

You must be a citizen of South Africa. Applicants must be no younger than 18 and no older than 35. You must be in possession of a valid Matric certificate. Applicants must possess a legal ID document. You must have a diploma or degree in your field of application where applicable.
