  7. Wait for the QualityNet Help Desk to process your registration. You will receive a notification email once processing is complete, along with your Log-In ID.
  8. If you have not received your initial password, click the 'Forgot Your Password?' link on the Log-In screen of the Qnet Exchange website to receive a temporary password via email.
  9. Follow the instructions found in the Resources/Getting Started/System Setup section of the QualityNet Exchange website to complete your system setup.
  10. Run the Test Your System feature to ensure that your computer meets the requirements for using the QualityNet Exchange.
