- Complete Part C with the carrier’s certificate and relevant details about the carrier and vehicle.

- If there are multiple waste types, Part E must be completed for the consignee’s certificate. Include individual EWC codes and quantities received.
- Finally, review all the information entered for accuracy, save your changes, and choose to download, print, or share the consignment note as needed.
