  14. Drag to resize the column between A and B, allowing more text to show.
  15. Repeat the resizing for columns B and C as needed.
  16. Utilize the Undo feature to revert the columns back to normal size if desired.
  17. Double-click between columns A and B for automatic resizing to the width of the longest text.
  18. Click and drag to select all cells with text in them.
  19. Press the DELETE key to erase all selected content.
  20. In cell A1, type 'This is cell A1'. Then proceed to B1 and C1 with similar entries.
  21. Continue typing descriptive text in each cell as indicated in the exercises.
  22. Select all text entered and change the font to Times New Roman, 14 pt, and apply bold formatting.
  23. Double-click the lines between column labels to auto-resize all columns.
  24. In cell A8, type 'January'. Locate the fill handle and use it to drag down through A19 to fill the remaining months.
  25. Using the same method, fill in days of the week in column B and subsequent dates in column C.
  26. Finally, save your completed file to your disk, naming it 'Excel 1' and organizing it in a new folder for Excel documents.
