Be allowed to pick up a sick tray for you to be brought back to your room. This meal will be charged to your meal plan. To do so, print and complete this form. The form must be presented along with your student I.D. to the University Dining Services staff. This form is valid for one day only; a new form must be completed for additional requests. This form must be completed and signed by Housing and Residence Life Staff during business hours at least 2 hours before the first meal and no later th.

Changes can be made to meal plans during the first three weeks of each semester by sending an email from your Chapman University email address or simply visit the Residence Life office to submit your request in person. Please allow 24 to 48 hours to process your request.

Yes, meal plan changes may be submitted during the first week of class each semester. During the one week change period, please visit your myASU Housing portal to submit your change request. Meals must be used in the week or semester (depending on the plan) they are issued in. Meals reset every Thursday.

You can change your meal plan once online or you can change it in person with the UB Card staff at 1Capen. All deadlines associated with meal plan changes can be found in the UB Card Accounts Agreement in the Forms and Documents section of this website.

Sign-ups and changes are only accepted online. Charges and refunds for all Meal Plans (Flex plans and Dining Dollars included) are prorated and calculated on a daily basis.

Whether you live on campus or commute, you can purchase a meal plan at Chapman. With a meal plan, you get a set amount of meals at Randall Dining Commons (our on-campus dining hall) plus Panther Bucks (a.k.a. Chapman credit) to use at other dining locations on campus.
