7. If opting for a bank draft, prepare a draft payable to the Société Internationale d’Urologie and mail it along with your completed application to the specified address.
8. Finally, save your changes to the form. You may download, print, or share the completed application form as needed, ensuring all relevant payments and signatures are included.
