- Proceed to Section 4, Delegated Officer Approval, ensuring all details are filled in before moving to Section 5 for Human Resources to complete. They will verify if the employee is in receipt of interim payment.
- Complete the payroll section in Section 6 and the payroll interface in Section 7, filling out all required details.
- Once all sections of the form are completed, save changes, and download or print the form, as necessary, to keep a record before submission.
