All other shipments by Shipper, including shipments containing alcoholic beverages other than wine, are governed by the UPS Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service, the UPS Rate and Service Guide, and any other agreement between Shipper and UPS. UPS agrees to transport Wine Shipments for Shipper on the following terms and conditions: 1. Applicable Terms. UP.
