5. For your event, specify the title, the rooms or areas you are requesting, and any additional needs or comments that may help clarify your event requirements.
6. Choose the date(s) for your event, noting the day of the week, start-end time, and total number of hours. Also, identify the person who will be in charge during the event and provide their cell phone number and an estimated number of people attending.
7. Ensure you read and understand the regulations regarding the use of facilities, then sign the application to confirm your agreement. Finally, provide the date of your signature.
8. Save your changes, and options to download, print, or share the completed application may be available at this stage.
