- Select the transaction frequency: once, weekly, monthly, bi-weekly, or semi-monthly. For recurring transfers, be sure to specify the start date.
- Enter the routing number (9 digits) for your other financial institution, along with the account number (up to 17 digits).
- Choose one of the options to either pull funds from a savings or checking account at another institution, attaching a voided check if necessary.
- If applicable, provide the Solidarity account number that you wish to cancel the current payment transfer from.
- Read and acknowledge the ACH Disclosure, authorizing Solidarity Community Federal Credit Union to initiate debit entries to your indicated account.
- Sign and date the form at the bottom to validate your request.
- After completing the form, you can save changes, download, print, or share the completed request.
