: ___________________________ (hereinafter called the “Tenant”, and when “Tenant” is referred to as “he” it is used in the generic sense to include male/female, singular/plural as appropriate) concerning the household composition, employment, and income of all family members as reported in the Tenant’s signed Application for Admission or Continued Occupancy, does hereby Lease to Tenant under the terms and conditions of this Lease, and the Tenant, agreeing to such terms and conditio.
