Environment. CONTEST RULES 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. 11. 12. 13. 14. 15. Contest entries are limited to registered Orange County 4-H members. Entries are due to the Orange County 4-H Office by Friday, January 18, 2013 at 4:00 PM. No further entries will be accepted after this date. Photos must be original works taken after January 20, 2012 Entrants can submit a maximum of five photographs for judging. Each entry must be in a separate division. Photographs shall be no larger 8x10 inches.
