1. Click ‘Get Form’ button to obtain the form and open it in your editor.
2. Open an image in Photoshop, selecting an image that is manageable for tracing with the Pen tool.
3. Select the Pen tool from the toolbox and trace the subject you want to separate from the background. Ensure the path is closed by clicking the first point you created.
4. Access the Paths palette (Window>Paths) and double-click on the Work Path to give it a descriptive name to identify it in InDesign.
5. If needed, create additional paths by clicking below the existing path in the Paths palette, using the Pen tool to trace other subjects, and naming each new path appropriately.
6. Save your Photoshop image as either a PSD or TIFF file to retain the created paths.
7. Open or create a new document in InDesign.
8. Use the Rectangle Frame tool to create a large frame on your page, filling it with a color of your choice.
