7. Calculate the total fees based on the licenses and permits requested in Part B. Indicate payment method preferences, and fill in the credit card information if applicable.
8. Submit your application by mailing it to the Licensing Division of the Department of Marine Resources, or save a digital copy after completing your application for record-keeping.
