The facility shall have on site a fire plan detailing steps to prevent, contain and extinguish a fire. Does your laboratory have access to Vertere? Are there chemicals to be moved? Decontaminate the lab equipment in a manner appropriate for the hazards or potential hazards. Complete the TAMU Equipment Decontamination Form.
