Menu Production Records (MPR) are no longer required, effective October 1, 2020. All CACFP Operators must: Maintain a daily, dated menu listing the food items served to meet the CACFP meal patterns requirements. The At-Risk Afterschool Meals component of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) offers federal funding to Afterschool Programs that serve a meal or snack to children in low-income areas. Reimbursement for At-Risk Afterschool Snacks has been available since the 1990s.
