Sports physicals are usually good for 1 year, though you probably will have to complete a sports form each season. Pre-Employment/Post-Offer exam results are generally valid for 12 months from the date of the examination, with the exception of POST positions, which strictly require the exam to have been conducted within the 12-month period prior to the applicant's start date.

Preparticipation Physical Evaluation Overview If this is not possible, the PPE should be conducted at least 6 weeks before the first preseason practice to allow time to evaluate the athlete and treat any medical conditions found during the visit. The frequency of a PPE is determined by the state.
