- Finally, take the stamped deed to the Recorder’s Office for the final recording of the deed. Ensure you reach before the cutoff time of 4:00 PM for same-day processing.
- Remember, pre-approvals can be submitted in person or via mail; however, do not use faxes or emails for submission.
- Ensure that all drop-offs for recording at the Tax Map/GIS Office occur before 3:30 PM, as anything submitted after this time will need to be returned the following business day.
