- Ensure you and the employer review the Employer Signature section carefully. The employer must sign to confirm they have extended the job offer and acknowledge the program regulations.
- As a participant, sign the Participant Acceptance section to confirm your acceptance of the job offer, understanding of conditions, and any necessary housing payment agreements.
- After completing all sections of the form, save your changes. You have the option to download, print, or share the form. If printing, ensure you sign the physical copy before proceeding.
- Email a scanned copy of the signed form to info@amerex.org and then mail the original to the listed address. Alternatively, if scanning is not possible, you may fax the signed document.
