- To view or print the HR form, click on the Filename link displayed. Note that the file will be saved in PDF format only.
- Ensure that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to view the HR form.
- After the Adobe Acrobat page loads, you will see the HR form. You can now view, print, or save the report in PDF format.
