9. Complete the Federal Direct Loan Promissory Note as required and submit it to the appropriate department.
10. Maintain a folder with copies of all documents you submit, including instructions, applications, and notifications, and ensure accurate Social Security Numbers are included on all applications.
11. Be prompt in responding to requests for additional information and ensure all required signatures are on every application and document.
