- Choose the relevant code type from the drop-down box and select the desired lookup name. After finding each code, copy and paste them into their respective fields at the top of the Requisition page.
- Continue by entering the unit of measure, quantity, and amount for the items needed.
- Validate your entries by ensuring you have selected the percentage checkbox, and click on the Validate button to proceed.
- Once the codes are correctly entered and validated, scroll down to the bottom of the Requisition page and press the Complete button to finalize your submission.
- After completing the requisition, note down the requisition number provided for future reference.
- If you need to print the requisition or view additional details, scroll back to the bottom of the Requisition page and select the View Document option.
- In the View Document criteria screen, fill out the fields as needed to generate a printable version of your requisition.
- To attach additional documents, click the Upload Document button and follow the prompts to upload the desired files.
- To complete any attachments, ensure you click Save and follow any additional on-screen instructions.
- Finally, ensure all necessary actions are completed, then close the browser tab or exit as needed.
