Follow the steps to complete The Inbox efficiently.

1. Click the ‘Get Form’ button to access The Inbox form and open it in your editor.
2. Review the inbox items. Each email will be accompanied by icons indicating its status: a closed envelope for unread messages, an open envelope for read messages, and paper clips for any attachments.
3. To read an email, double-click on the message listed in your inbox. Alternatively, you can use the reading pane feature by selecting View-Reading Pane and choosing your preferred layout.
4. To respond to an email, click the Reply button for individual responses or Reply All to include all recipients. Use the Forward button to send the email to another recipient.
5. If you need to mark a message as unread after reading it, right-click the message and select 'Mark as unread'. This feature helps you keep track of messages that require follow-up.
6. To handle email attachments, look for the paper clip icon. Click on the attachment to preview it directly in the email body, or double-click it to open in the associated application.
7. When composing a new message, select the New icon or press File – New – Mail Message. Fill out the To, Cc, and Bcc fields as necessary and enter a subject line along with the body content.
8. Utilize the spellchecking feature if needed by pressing F7 or clicking the spellchecker icon before sending your message.
9. Once your email draft is complete and ready to send, click the Send button. If you need to save a draft, use the Save option to store it in the Drafts folder.
10. After filling out The Inbox, you can choose to save changes, download a copy for your records, print the email, or share it directly.
