- Add the totals from lines 1 through 8 in Column D and enter the result on line 9.
- Refer to line 10 for the maximum credit limit, which is $1,000.
- Enter the smaller amount between line 9 and line 10 on line 11.
- Look at line 8 from your Form IT-40 or IT-40PNR and enter that amount on line 12.
- Determine your allowable credit by entering the smaller amount from lines 11 and 12 on line 13.
- Review your entries for accuracy, then save changes, download, or print your completed schedule as necessary.
