How to fill out the Advanced Scheduling online

Follow the steps to complete your Advanced Scheduling form.
- Click ‘Get Form’ button to obtain the form and open it in the editor.
- In the 'Shift Editor', navigate to the 'Transfer' field, press the drop-down arrow and select 'Search'. This action will display the 'Select Transfer' box.
- In the 'Job' section, choose the desired location and job title for the transfer.
- In the 'Labor Account' section, select the radio button next to 'Job'. In the 'Name or Description' field, input the job code for the transfer. If the job code is unknown, enter a partial job title followed by '*'. For example, input 'RN*' to retrieve all related RN jobs.
- Review the complete transfer information displayed at the bottom of the screen under 'Selected Transfer'. Once confirmed, click 'OK'.
- To confirm the transfer, review the employee's Timecard to ensure that hours are properly allocated to the assigned position.
- For transferring shifts to a specific process level and job, repeat steps 2-5 while filling in the additional required fields: Process Level, Job, and Pay Source in the 'Labor Account' section.
- For transferring pay codes, go to the employee's Schedule and select 'Pay Code' -> 'Add'. This action will bring up the 'Pay Code Editor' box where you will need to enter: Effective Date, Amount, Number of Days, Pay Code, and Start Time.
- In the 'Transfer' field, click the drop-down arrow next to 'Transfer' and select 'Search' to input the transfer data, following the same steps as the shift transfer process.
- Double-check that all fields are completed for either a location/job transfer or a process level/job transfer.
- Once all necessary information is filled out, users can save changes, download, print, or share the form as needed.
