7. Once all sections are completed, have your application signed by the Local Executive. This signature ensures that your application has been reviewed for completeness.
8. Submit your finished application to your Regional Office for processing. After review, your application will be sent to the Central Registry Office for final approval.
9. After approval, you will be contacted for any required additional steps, such as providing a photograph.
10. Lastly, save your changes and prepare to download, print, or share the completed application as needed.
