  6. On the Demotion screen, automatically populated fields under the CURRENT section will provide recent employee employment information. Your focus will be on required fields.
  7. Complete the required fields, including: Appointment Type, Title Code, Compensation Method, Request Reason Code, and Essential Employee. Provide valid information according to the guidelines for each field.
  8. Depending on the selected Appointment Type, additional fields may become necessary. Ensure all required fields are filled before submission.
  9. After verifying all entered information, you will have the option to either SUBMIT the form for processing, SAVE it for later completion, DELETE it if no longer necessary, or CANCEL the transaction entirely.
  10. Upon successful submission, the transaction may enter various review stages, and you may check on its status in your inventory.
