The Provincial Policy Statement (PPS 2020) is the Province of Ontario's land use planning policy and is the foundational document outlining the planning goals and objectives across the Province. The Planning Act, 1990 (PA), requires municipal decisions on planning matters to be consistent with the PPS 2020.
