After consultation with their academic advisor and the instructor of the course, a student may withdraw from any course. Withdrawing from a course: Must be done before 5:00 pm on the date of the Withdrawal Deadline published by the Office of the Registrar but shouldn't be done until after the add / drop period.

If a student wishes to withdraw from a class in session after the Add/Drop period has ended, the student must submit a written request to the academic program Dean/Chair or appropriate academic administrator of the program.
