8. Next, address Access and Egress; ensure you confirm the placement of stairways, ramps, or ladders positioned every 25 feet.
9. In the Exposure to Vehicular Traffic section, confirm that personnel exposed to traffic are wearing high-visibility vests.
10. Assess the safety measures regarding exposure to falling loads, ensuring that employees are not standing under lifted loads.
11. Continue filling out the form by ensuring that employees are protected from loose materials by marking 'YES' or 'NO'.
12. In the Fall Protection section, confirm that guardrails are installed properly where necessary and that excavations are secured when unattended.
13. In the Inspections section, confirm that daily inspections are being conducted by the competent person and after any rainstorm or hazard-increasing occurrences.
14. Complete the Shielding or Shoring section by answering whether all protective systems have been properly designed and are checked daily for any signs of movement.
15. Lastly, the competent person should sign and date the checklist in the designated signature area to confirm the inspection is complete.
