Get Oracle Configurator

Supporting internet, telesales and other channels, Oracle Configurator actively gathers customer requirements and maps them to a set of product or service options. This allows organizations to offer guided selling capabilities to their customers.

From the Configuration section on the Oracle Files Home Page, click Service Configurations. On the Service Configurations page, click the name of the service configuration you want to change. The Edit page appears.

Oracle Configuration Manager is used to collect client configuration information and upload it to the Oracle repository. When client configuration data is uploaded on a regular basis, customer support representatives can analyze this data and provide better service to the customers.

Pre-integrated with Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management, the Configurator is a powerful guided selling and configuration product that enables flexible modeling of configurable, multi-option, and customizable products and services.
