Click on Show Profiles. Click on Add. Enter the Shared Mailbox name (example - Exams Office) and click OK. In the email address field type the exact email address of the shared mailbox, for example ExamsOffice@leeds.ac.uk.

Place your insertion point or select existing text where you want to add a merge field, click Document in the sidebar, click the Document tab, then click Mail Merge.
