Effective July 31, 2023, FedEx Ground Collect on Delivery (C.O.D.), FedEx Ground Electronic Collect on Delivery (E.C.O.D.), and FedEx Express Collect on Delivery (parcel and freight) within and to the U.S. will be retired and no longer available.

To be reimbursed, you must provide proof of loss or damage of goods. To be reimbursed, you must provide proof that FedEx is at fault. If you declare a value for items that are prohibited (e.g., firearms, cash or currency, tobacco products) and they are lost or damaged, you will not be reimbursed.
