R Use Rules and Regulations, 360 C.M.R. 10.007 and 10.052, require sewer users to complete and file a Sewer Use Discharge Permit Application. The Application must be filed with the MWRA and the Municipality in which the sewer user's discharge is located. Failure to submit a copy of the application to the Municipality may delay the processing of the permit. Please read the following instructions before completing the application.
