Get Ce Registration Form - Arkansas State Library

If you live, own property, work, or attend school in Saline County, you qualify for a Saline County Library Card. You can obtain a library card by presenting a state-issued ID and completing a short application form at either location or online.

MERCER COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY Adults must have a photo ID to get a card. Children 6 years and older must have a parent or guardian present to get a library card. Remember, a library card is free. If you lose it, a replacement card is $1.

To become a library member you need to: Fill out the application form online or at any branch. Provide proof of your identity and of your address. Get your parent or guardian's permission to join the library if you are under 18.

Available to King County residents and property owners and Seattle residents. If you live or own property in Yarrow Point or Hunts Point, you can't get an All-Access card. If you live or own property in reciprocal library communities, you may also apply.

You must be at least 18 years of age; You must present a valid Arkansas Driver's License or other unexpired, government-issued form of photo ID; You must present a recent utility bill or statement that verifies your current physical address.
